Our client is a renowned leader in payments and technology is recruiting for a  Consulting Senior Manager will deliver consulting support and projects to the key clients across Europe & MEA. The main objective of the role is to help deepen client relationships and optimize and grow client performance by helping them define and implement strategies focused on the aforementioned. Your competencies and skills must include the following:

•  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Master’s degree preferred.
•  Ideally 8-10 years in top tier consulting firm specialized in financial services.
•  Ideally have experience in the following areas: acquiring, merchant solutions, processing expertise. value proposition design, product development and launch
•  Strong facilitation skills
•  Experience should be gained within a top-tier bank, acquirer, processor and/or payment facilitator. A combination of regional and global experience strongly desired.
•  Expertise in acquiring, consulting skills and client engagement capabilities. Advanced client contact and presentation skills. Credibility with clients and working teams and diplomatic skills to extract desired outcomes. Comfortable interacting with and presenting to senior management of clients and VISA.
•  Highly analytical with advanced PowerPoint skills and Excel skills.
•  Superior project management skills. Fluent communicator.
•  Must have financial acumen and commercial awareness skills.
•  Results driven, flexible and both internally and externally customer focused.
•  Able to travel frequently and work on client site for extended periods across CEMEA.

Internal Audit Manager

Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa

A financial services company is looking for an Internal Audit Manager  who will provide management over a portfolio of clients and deliver high quality audit and assurance service, including preparing and reviewing audit plans and work. Maintain the highest technical and professional standard. Manage the quality of audit work output to ensure excellence is achieved through the application of end-to-end integrated risk-based reviews. Manage/execute and deliver timeously within Budget on the Annual Audit Plan, continually reassessing and revising, based on key or emerging risks.

You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You Have

• A qualified Chartered Accountant/CIA/ BCom Honours Degree with financial savvy, a strong background in Financial, Operational (including IT) and Regulatory Risk Management.
• 5+ years of internal / external audit experience is a must with minimum 2 years supervisory or management experience.
• Corporate Investment banking audit experience is beneficial.
• A post-secondary qualification in IT e.g., CISA/CISM accreditation would be advantageous.
• Experience using data analytics is advantageous.

Client Group Solutions Manager

A reputable private banking institution is looking for a Client Solutions Manager for the group to enable business to identify opportunities to expand existing business or generate new business through interacting with clients. Understand the assigned sector client needs, touchpoints, and trends to provide a world class support service and communicate such across internal stakeholder groups. Ensure implementation of relevant policies, governance, and practice standards across the business. Drive client satisfaction through effective first call resolution with the relevant specialist areas and evaluate client feedback using the information to make the necessary changes to ensure a world class support service is provided. Manage relationships with clients, service providers and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with business partners by sharing expert knowledge and information obtained from client engagements.

 Minimum Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Relevant Bachelor’s degree in commerce or related field
• Preferred Qualification: Honour’s Degree in commerce or related field
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar environment, of which 2 years ideally working at a similar level in financial service, corporate banking, global markets or private banking
